Carrot Halwa with Podhini Pure Ghee


Ingredients for Carrot Halwa Recipe:

  • carrot – 2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • sugar – half cup
  • cardamom
  • roasted nuts- 1 tbs
  • Podhini Pure Cow ghee – 1/4 cup

Step by Step procedures for Carrot Halwa recipe:

  1. Add Podhini Pure Cow ghee to the pan
  2. Add cashews
  3. Add dry grapes
  4. let fry the cashew and dry grapes and transfer to another plate.Again, add 100% Podhini Pure cow ghee
  5. add the 2-cup of sliced carrot



  1. Sauté the grated carrots in the ghee for 15 mins
  2. Add Milk.
  3. Add pinch of salt
  4. Add sugar and mix well
  5. add pinch of cardamom
  6. Let the carrot milk mixture cook further, this whole process will take 30 to
    40 mins in medium flame.
  7. Stir and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes until the moisture dries up, Finally
    add some dry nuts like pista, almond!! Serve Hot or warm.
