How to prepare Carrot Halwa with Podhini Pure Ghee. It’s a very simple and easy recipe.
Carrot halwa is a famous Indian dessert made with fresh carrots, milk, sugar, Podhini Pure ghee & nuts.
Check out the recipe and prepare this traditional sweet dish at home with Podhini Pure Ghee.
Ingredients for Carrot Halwa Recipe:
- carrot – 2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- sugar – half cup
- roasted nuts- 1 tbs
- Podhini Pure Cow ghee – 1/4 cup
Step by Step procedures for Carrot Halwa recipe:
- Add Podhini Pure Cow ghee to the pan
- Add cashews
- Add dry grapes
- let fry the cashew and dry grapes and transfer to another plate.Again, add 100% Podhini Pure cow ghee
- add the 2-cup of sliced carrot
- Sauté the grated carrots in the ghee for 15 mins
- Add Milk.
- Add pinch of salt
- Add sugar and mix well
- add pinch of cardamom
- Let the carrot milk mixture cook further, this whole process will take 30 to
40 mins in medium flame.
- Stir and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes until the moisture dries up, Finally
add some dry nuts like pista, almond!! Serve Hot or warm.
