Ingredients for ghee rice:
- Podhini Pure Ghee – 2 tablespoon
- Bay leaf- 1
- Cinnamon – 1-inch stick
- Cloves – 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom – 3
- Star anise – 1
- cashew, dry grape
- Black stone flower – 1
- Onion – 1 big chopped
- Tomato – 1 Chopped
- Green Chillis – 2
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon chopped
- Mint Leaves – 2 tablespoon Chopped
- Basmati Rice – 1 Cup
- Water – 1 Cup
- coconut milk
- Salt – to taste
Step by Step Muslim Style Ghee Rice :
- Wash the Basmati Rice well. Soak the basmati rice in water for 20 minutes. Heat Organic Ghee in a Kadai. Add Cloves
- Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, bay leaves and Black Stone Flower and roast until nice aroma Comes Out.
- Add Podhini Pure Ghee in pan.
- when ghee start melts ,now add star anise
- add cardamom
- add cinnamon
- add cloves
- add onion
- add a pinch of salt
- add ginger garlic paste
- add green tomato
- add creen chile,
- add cashew,
- add water
- add coconut milk
- add salt
- add coriander,mint leaf add mix well
- add basmati rice
- Finally , add Pure Cow ghee
- weight the cooker
- Again fry the onion slices using desi ghee ,
- fry well
- finally add pure cow ghee in a pan
- And,add dry grapes
- Finally add fried onion and dry grapes
- Tasty Ghee rice is now ready.
